1983

Company founded by Mr. Wolfgang Kindler Field of activity:
Customized machines for the concrete block industry. These components were designed in-house and manufactured by partner companies. Mr. Kindler is still owner of several patents and utility models for various machines and devices.

1992

Move into the new business premised in Horb with own production for small equipment.

1994

Construction of the first pigment dosing machine (tower machine, subsequently in-line machine and double-row machine).

1995

First contact with BAYER AG in Uerdingen, Germany.

1997 – 2001

Development of an in-line dosing machine type FD and compact dosing machine type MB for BAYER AG, incl. test machine in the laboratory of BAYER AG Uerdingen, participation in BAYER “Roadshows” in different countries to promote compact pigment dosing machines; development of a two-component machine (type EB) for BAYER AG incl. test machine in the laboratory.

2001

Extension of the business premises by a production hall.

2002

Extension of the production program by fibre dosing and pigment liquefiers.

2003

Extension of the production program by downpipe packer.

Re-design of the FD series to modular design (advantage: shorter delivery times, later possibility to expand the machine by several components on site at the customer).

2004

Development of a synchronous forced mixer for laboratory purposes and small quantities.

2005

Development of a powder dosing machine, commissioning of prototype powder dosing machine at customer’s concrete plant.

2006

Commissioning of several powder dosing machines, including a powder dosing machine with 2×4 components.

2008

The generation change – the takeover by son Mathias Kindler and daughter Claudia Besch.

2009

Further development of fibre dosing machines type FS for mobile construction site use and as stationary solution – available with control system and belt conveyor.

2012

Customized projects:

• Fibre dosing machine type FZ 2000 for cellulose fibre dosing with control system, belt conveyor and compactor unit.
• Fibre dosing machine type FS with 3 machines with weighing unit and belt conveyor for the production of wallpaper.

2013

Official presentation of the high-pressure washer type DAW 1/B for the surface treatment of paving stones.

2015

Customized machine:

• Filling machine with skip hoist, discharge dosing screw and weighing unit for filling buckets with cold asphalt mixture.

2016

Metering station for special aggregate (mica).

2017

• Scale for liquid chemicals type GBW V 9/9/9/15/15 for 5 components
• Powder dosing machine type PFD 3 WS and fibre dosing machine type FS 200/400 for combined dosing of powder and fibre for the production of insulating materials

2018

• Dosing machine for silica sand and cement with Big-Bag discharge station
• Fibre dosing machine type F-2R/400 for a mobile concrete mixing plant (completely built on a truck)
• Fibre dosing machine FS 1300/500 for fibre transport via on-site suction system

2019

• Fibre dosing machine FS 200/400 in special design with elevator, bale shredder, weighing belt and suction hopper
• 5 PFD 1 WB powder dosing machines with hopper scales for project in Greece

2020

Commissioning of fibre dosing machine for bundled fibres (PUCKs) for discharge into skip hoist

2021

• Dosing machine in double row for 2 components powder and 6 components granulates with trolley with 2 hoppers for emptying into skip hoist
• Fibre dosing machine for bundled fibres (PUCKs) for discharge on belt conveyor
• Powder liquefier PFD 1 VF for ready-mix concrete in Australia

2022

• BAUMA: New presentation of dosing and receiving station PDE 75/4 for small quantities in concrete slab production in connection with Big-Bag conveying station BF 1500 for material storage and material transport up to the dosing and receiving station
• Sand dosing machine for roof tile plant 2nd production line
• Chemical scale type GBW V 9/9/9/15/15 for dosing of 14 components
